Priorities and response times (SLA)

Each request is assigned a priority level upon receipt. Below are our targets - we make every effort to comply with them:

How we handle your case

Our team follows a structured process to handle each report carefully and fairly:

1. Receipt and confirmation

You will receive an automatic confirmation with a unique file number through the channel you contacted.

2. Analysis and prioritisation

Our team reviews the information provided: screenshots, profile IDs, call history and other relevant data.

3. Intervention

Depending on the situation: warning to data subject, restriction of functionalities, temporary suspension, permanent blocking, removal of content, or referral to authorities.

4. Follow-up

We will keep you informed of important developments during the handling of your case.

5. Closure and advice

You will receive a final conclusion with, if applicable, concrete safety recommendations for the future.

Moderation and guidelines

Our moderation team combines advanced detection systems with personal assessment by trained staff. This ensures a nuanced approach to every situation.

We have a zero tolerance policy for:

  • Harassment, stalking and bullying
  • Identity fraud and the use of fake profiles
  • Financial scams and deception
  • Unauthorised distribution of personal data or intimate images
  • Any behaviour that compromises the safety of our community

All our decisions are based on the Privacy statement and Terms of use of our platform.

Appeals

Don't agree with our decision?

You have the right within 20 calendar days appeal after our decision. An independent team will review your case.

Send your appeal to beroep@sugardaddybelgium.eu indicating your file number and any additional documentation.

Transparency and communication

We believe in open communication with our community:

  • For incidents affecting multiple users, we publish informative updates in our Help centre.
  • Periodically, we publish a transparency report with anonymised statistics on notifications, average response times and actions taken.
  • Important policy changes are communicated in advance to our active members.

Cooperation with authorities

We collaborate on legitimate judicial requests and situations with acute danger. Our approach:

  • Personal data will be provided only on the basis of a court order
  • Requests from police forces require a judicial mandate and identification of the requesting official
  • Every data transfer is recorded in our transparency log
  • We do not respond to out-of-court requests from individuals or commercial parties

Responsible disclosure

Have you discovered a security breach? We appreciate your contribution to the security of our platform. Please follow these guidelines:

  1. Do not abuse of the vulnerability and do not share it publicly before resolution.
  2. Report in detail via support@sugardaddybelgium.eu with steps to reproduce the problem.
  3. Expect our response: acknowledgement of receipt in 72 hours, status update in 7 working days.

With significant discoveries, we can offer public recognition if required.
