Belgium is known for its rich cultural diversity - from Brussels as the cosmopolitan capital to the Flemish, Walloon and German-speaking communities that make our country unique. At Sugar Daddy Belgium we embrace this diversity and build a community where every adult individual feels welcome, respected and safe.
Our vision of diversity
Diversity is not a checklist or marketing term - it is the recognition that each person brings unique experiences, backgrounds and perspectives that enrich our community. In a country where three official languages are spoken and where people from more than 180 nationalities live together, respect for diversity is not a luxury but a necessity.
Respect as a foundation
Every interaction on our platform starts with mutual respect. Without respect, there is no basis for authentic connections.
Belgian diversity
Our members come from all corners of Belgium and beyond. This diversity makes our platform richer and more interesting.
Equal treatment
Everyone deserves the same quality of service, support and protection - regardless of background or identity.
Legal framework in Belgium
Belgium has one of the most comprehensive anti-discrimination laws in the world. Our policy is consistent with this legal protection and goes further where possible:
📜 Anti-discrimination law (10 May 2007)
This federal law prohibits discrimination based on age, sexual orientation, marital status, birth, ability, religion, political opinion, language, current or future health condition, disability, physical or genetic characteristic, and social origin.
📜 Anti-racism law (10 May 2007)
Protects against discrimination based on nationality, so-called race, colour, descent or national or ethnic origin.
📜 Gender Act (10 May 2007)
Guarantees equal treatment of men and women and prohibits discrimination based on sex, pregnancy, childbirth, maternity, gender reassignment, gender identity and gender expression.
🏛️ Unia - Interfederal Equality Centre
For serious discrimination complaints, you can also contact Unia, the independent Belgian institution that monitors equal opportunities and fights discrimination.
Our platform: honest expectations
We believe in transparent communication. Therefore, we want to be clear about what our platform does and does not offer:
✓ What we offer
- A platform for adults (18+) who are looking for sugar dating relationships
- Registration and search functions aimed at heterosexual matches (man seeks woman / woman seeks man)
- A safe environment based on mutual respect and consent
- Equal treatment and support for all members, regardless of background
ℹ️ Current restrictions
- Currently no matching options for same-sex relations
- No specific filters for non-binary or gender-diverse identities
- These technical constraints are no value judgement
- We are constantly evaluating opportunities to improve our widen
📌 Important: The current focus of our matching system in no way justifies disrespectful behaviour towards any person or community. Discriminatory expressions will not be tolerated - not even when someone falls outside our primary target group.
Zero tolerance for discrimination
Sugar Daddy Belgiëhas a strict zero tolerance policy for discriminatory behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:
🚫 Hate speech and insults

🚫 Stereotyping and prejudice

🚫 Sexual harassment and objectification
Unwanted sexual advances, intrusive behaviour, or treatment of others as objects rather than persons with their own boundaries and dignity.
🚫 Exclusion and harassment
Systematically excluding, belittling, harassing or excluding individuals based on their background, appearance or other personal characteristics.
🚫 Homophobia, transphobia and other forms of LGBTQ+ discrimination

Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't Sugar Daddy Belgiëoffer LGBTQ+ matching options? +
Our current technical infrastructure is set up for heterosexual matching. This is a practical limitation, not a value judgment. We regularly evaluate the possibility of expanding our offering and are open to feedback from our community.
Can I indicate preferences in terms of appearance or background in my profile? +
You are allowed to have personal preferences - everyone has them. However, negatively stating preferences (“no X” or “only Y”) based on protected characteristics is not allowed. Focus on what you do look for, not who you want to exclude.
What happens if I report someone for discrimination? +
Your report will be treated confidentially. Our moderation team will investigate the situation and contact both parties if necessary. You will be kept informed of progress. The person reported will not be told who made the report.
I feel discriminated against, but it is subtle. Is that also reportable? +
Absolutely. Discrimination does not have to be glaring to be hurtful. Microaggressions, subcutaneous comments and subtle exclusion are also reportable. Trust your gut - if something doesn't feel right, contact us.
Can I report anonymously? +
Yes, anonymous reports will be handled. Please note that we cannot provide feedback without contact details and some situations are more difficult to investigate without additional context.
