Sugar Daddy Belgium is more than a dating platform - it is a community built on fundamental values. This ethical policy is the compass by which we navigate: it defines what we tolerate as a platform, what we actively encourage, and where we absolutely draw the line.
Why an ethics policy?
Sugar dating moves in a social grey area where misunderstandings, prejudices and - unfortunately - abuse can occur. We take our responsibility seriously. This policy does not exist to impose rules, but to create a safe space where adults can discover what they are looking for with respect for each other.
Protection
We protect our members from exploitation, fraud, harassment and other forms of abuse that can occur in online dating.
Balance sheet
We strive for equal relationships in which both parties make free and informed choices, without coercion or dependence.
Reputation
By maintaining high ethical standards, we differentiate ourselves from platforms that are less careful about their responsibility.

Frequently asked questions
Is sugar dating legal in Belgium? +
Yes, sugar dating is legal. It involves relationships between adults in which aspects such as financial support, mentoring or lifestyle may occur. This is fundamentally different from prostitution, which involves direct payment for sexual services. We do not tolerate activities that cross the line into illegality.
What is the difference between sugar dating and prostitution? +
Sugar dating involves a relationship - romantic or otherwise - in which financial support or lifestyle may play a role, but where the interaction is not limited to transactional sex. Prostitution involves direct payment for specific sexual acts. We explicitly prohibit the negotiation of paid sexual services on our platform.
Someone asks me for money before we have met. What should I do? +
This is a classic warning signal for scams. Never send money to someone you haven't met in person, no matter how convincing the story sounds. Report this profile immediately at meldingen@sugardaddybelgium.eu so we can take action.
Someone keeps sending me messages after I have said I am not interested. Is this allowed? +
No. When someone indicates they are not interested, the other person should respect this. Persistent unwanted contact is harassment and a violation of our ethics policy. Please use the block button and report the behaviour so we can take action.
Does Sugar Daddy Belgiëreport cases to the police? +
In serious crimes - such as suspected human trafficking, child abuse, concrete threats or large-scale fraud - we are legally and ethically obliged to contact the relevant authorities. We cooperate with police and judicial authorities when necessary to ensure safety.
