How do I create an account? +

Registering with Sugar Daddy Belgiëis easy and free for Sugar Babies:

  1. Go to the homepage and click on “Register”
  2. Choose your role: Sugar Daddy or Sugar Baby
  3. Enter your e-mail address, username and password
  4. Read and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy
  5. Confirm your e-mail address via the activation link you receive

💡 Tip: Use a valid e-mail address that you check regularly. This is where you will receive important notifications about your account and messages.

How do I log in to my account? +

You can log in in different ways:

  • Click on the “Login” button at the top right of the website
  • Enter your username or e-mail address
  • Enter your password and click on “Login”.”

You can also log in directly via the login page. Select “Remember me” to stay logged in on your device.

I have forgotten my password. How do I recover it? +

No worries, you can easily set a new password:

  1. Go to the login page and click on “Forgot password?”.”
  2. Enter the e-mail address you registered with
  3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the recovery e-mail
  4. Click on the link in the e-mail and set a new password

Note: The recovery link is valid for 24 hours. Not receiving an e-mail? Check that you have entered the correct address or contact support@sugardaddybelgium.eu.

How do I change my e-mail address? +

Follow these steps to change your e-mail address:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to “Profile” → “Settings”
  3. Find the “E-mail address” field and change it to your new address
  4. Save the changes
  5. Confirm the change via the link sent to your old e-mail address

Important: For security reasons, you must confirm the change via your old e-mail address. Do you no longer have access to this? Please contact our support team.

How do I change my user name? +

You can change your user name (display name) as follows:

  1. Log in and go to your profile page
  2. Click on the “Edit” button next to your profile information
  3. Customise your name in the field provided
  4. Click “Save” to make the changes

Tip: Choose a unique name that reflects your personality, but avoid sharing personal information such as your real full name or phone number.

How do I permanently delete my account? +

If you want to delete your account permanently:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to “Profile” → “Settings”
  3. Scroll down to “Delete account”
  4. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account

⚠️ Note: This action is irreversible. All your data, messages, matches and photos will be permanently deleted. Any active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled - make sure you cancel them first.

How long does it take for my profile to be approved? +

Profiles are usually activated automatically once you confirm your e-mail address. Our security system performs checks in the background to ensure the quality of the community. In some cases, a manual check may be necessary, for example if your photos or profile information are unclear. This usually takes no more than 24 hours. If your profile is still not active after 24 hours, please contact us.

How do I upload photos to my profile? +

Change profile picture:

  • Click on your current profile picture
  • Select “Change picture” and choose a new image

Add additional photos to your album:

  • Go to your profile → “Media” tab”
  • Click on “Upload photo” or drag and drop images into the upload area
  • You can also upload videos to make your profile more attractive

💡 Tip: Profiles with multiple photos get significantly more attention. Include at least 3-5 photos that show different aspects of yourself.

Why can't I upload pictures? +

Upload problems can have several causes:

  • File size: Photos larger than 10 MB will not be accepted. Use an online tool such as TinyJPG to resize your photos.
  • File format: We support JPG, JPEG, PNG and GIF. Other formats (such as HEIC from iPhones) need to be converted first.
  • Dimensions: Very large images (over 4000 pixels wide) can cause problems.
  • Browser problem: Try another browser or clear your browser cache.

Does the problem persist? Send us a message via the contact form with a description of the error message.

How many photos am I allowed to upload? +

There is no limit to the number of photos you can upload. We recommend adding at least 3-5 quality photos that give a good idea of who you are. Diversity helps: a portrait photo, a full-length photo, a photo in an informal setting, and possibly a photo of a hobby or interest.

Which photos are not allowed? +

The following types of photos are prohibited and will be removed:

  • Photos with minors - not even your own children, cousins or nieces
  • Group photos as main profile picture - other persons should not be recognisable without their consent
  • Explicit sexual content - full nude photos or pornographic material
  • Violent or offensive images
  • Photos of other people - catfishing is strictly forbidden
  • Strongly outdated photos which are no longer representative
  • Photos with contact details - phone numbers, social media handles, etc.
Why has my picture disappeared? +

If a photo has been removed, our moderation team has determined that it does not comply with our guidelines. This may be due to content, quality, or the fact that third parties are recognisably in the picture. You will not usually receive notification when individual photos are removed. Do you disagree with a removal? Please contact us via support@sugardaddybelgium.eu with a description of the photo in question.

Can I post links to my social media? +

No, posting external contact details is not allowed. This includes links to Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp and other platforms. This rule exists to ensure your security and prevent spam. Sugar Daddy Belgiëis a dating platform, not a social media promotion tool. Communication should be through our internal messaging system until you decide to connect outside the platform.

💎 Membership & Payments

What memberships are available? +

For Sugar Babies: Free full access to all features, including unlimited messaging.

For Sugar Daddy's: Three subscription options:

  • Monthly: Ideal for exploring the platform
  • Quarterly: Best value for money (most popular)
  • Annual: Maximum benefit for serious members

All premium memberships give access to unlimited messages, advanced search filters, profile boosts and priority support.

Which payment methods are accepted? +

We offer several secure payment options:

  • Bancontact - the most popular payment method in Belgium
  • Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
  • Debit cards - including prepaid cards
  • Apple Pay - for Apple devices
  • Google Pay - for Android devices

All transactions are processed through a secure, certified payment provider. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Can I pay with PayPal? +

Direct PayPal payments are currently not available. However, you can pay with a PayPal debit card if you have linked it to your PayPal account. Alternatively, you can use one of our other payment methods, such as Bancontact or credit card.

Can I pay with a prepaid card? +

Yes, we accept prepaid cards from Visa and Mastercard. Please ensure there is sufficient balance on the card for the full subscription period. Please note that prepaid cards may cause problems at auto-renewal if the balance is insufficient.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to “Profile” → “Membership” or “Subscription”
  3. Click on “Cancel subscription”
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Important: After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current payment period. After that, your account will be automatically converted to a free account. Any periods already paid will not be refunded.

What happens when my subscription expires? +

After your subscription expires, your account will be converted to a free account. You will still be able to log in, view your profile and view other profiles, but you will lose the ability to send new messages. Already received messages will remain visible. To be able to communicate fully again, you will need to take out a new subscription.

Can I get a refund? +

Given the nature of our digital services, the following refund policy applies:

  • Activated service: Once you have logged in and accessed the premium features (sending/receiving messages), the service is considered delivered and no refund is possible.
  • Non-activated service: If you can prove that you never accessed the premium features, we may consider a refund.
  • Breach of conditions: No refunds will be issued in case of deletion for violation of our terms of use.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Read our full terms of use for more details.

What restrictions apply to free accounts (Sugar Daddy's)? +

As a Sugar Daddy without an active premium subscription, you can create a profile, upload photos and view other profiles, but you cannot send messages. To communicate with Sugar Babies, you need to purchase a subscription. Sugar Babies have no restrictions and can use all features for free.

💬 Messages & Communications

How do I send a message to someone? +

Sending messages is easy:

  1. Visit the profile of the person you want to contact
  2. Click on the “Send message” button or the message icon
  3. Type your message and click “Send”

Tip: A personal first message that refers to something from their profile is much more likely to get a response than a standard “Hi”.

What does the green dot next to a username mean? +

The green dot indicates that the user is currently online. This means they are actively using the platform and are more likely to respond to your message. A grey dot or no dot means the user is offline.

How do I delete messages or a conversation? +

Delete individual message:

  • Click on the message you want to delete
  • Click on the three dots that appear and select “Delete”

Delete entire conversation:

  • Open the chat
  • Click on the three dots at the top right
  • Select “Delete call”

Note: Deleted messages are deleted only on your end. The other person can still see the messages.

I am not receiving notifications of new posts. What should I do? +

Sugar Daddy Belgiëworks through the browser and uses push notifications. To receive:

  1. Allow push notifications when prompted by your browser
  2. Make sure notifications are not blocked in your browser settings
  3. Check your notification preferences within your profile → “Settings” → “Notifications”
  4. Make sure e-mail notifications are enabled as a backup

How do I unsubscribe from e-mail notifications and newsletters? +

You can customise your communication preferences in several ways:

  • Within the platform: Go to “Profile” → “Settings” → “Notifications” and adjust your preferences
  • Via email: Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter
  • Manual: Send an e-mail to support@sugardaddybelgium.eu with your user name and request

Note: Transactional emails (payment confirmations, security alerts) cannot be disabled as long as you have an active account.

I suddenly cannot send messages. Why? +

This can have several causes:

  • Spam protection: If you send many messages in quick succession, our system may temporarily block your chat. Please wait about an hour and try again.
  • Expired subscription: Check whether your premium membership is still active.
  • Blocked: The recipient may have blocked you.
  • Account restriction: Your account may be temporarily restricted due to a notification. Please contact support for more information.

🛡️ Security & Privacy

How do I block an unwanted profile? +

You can block a profile in two ways:

From a chat:

  1. Open the conversation with the person
  2. Click on the three dots at the top right
  3. Select “Block user”

From a profile:

  1. Visit the person's profile
  2. Click on the three dots or the menu icon
  3. Select “Block”

Blocked users can no longer contact you or see your profile.

How do I unblock? +

Go to your profile settings and look for “Blocked users” or “Block list”. Here you will see an overview of all the profiles you have blocked. Click “Unblock” next to the person you want to allow again. Note: after unblocking, the person can send you messages again.

How do I report a profile that breaks the rules? +

On each profile, you will find a report button (often a flag or “Report”):

  1. Visit the person's profile
  2. Click on “Report” or the flag icon
  3. Select the reason for your report (spam, fake profile, inappropriate behaviour, etc.)
  4. Add details if possible
  5. Send the notification

Our moderation team reviews each report and takes action if necessary. You can also contact us directly at meldingen@sugardaddybelgium.eu.

What is profile verification and how does it work? +

Profile verification is an optional process to prove that you are who you say you are:

  • When needed? Verification is not mandatory upon registration, but may be requested by our moderation team in case of suspicious profiles or after reports from other users.
  • How does it work? You will be asked to take a selfie with a specific gesture or make a video call to our team.
  • Benefits? Verified profiles get a verification badge and are seen as more trustworthy by other members.
Can I sell photos or videos through the platform? +

No, this is strictly forbidden. Sugar Daddy Belgiëis a dating platform, not a sales channel for digital content. Offering photos, videos, erotic video calls or other paid content for a fee is not allowed. Profiles that do so will be deleted without warning. This also applies to promoting external platforms where you sell content.

🔧 Technical assistance

I cannot log in to my profile. What should I do? +

Possible causes and solutions:

  • Error password: Use the “Forgot password” function to set a new password.
  • Account not activated: Check your inbox (and spam) for the activation e-mail.
  • Account suspended: If you see a message about suspension, contact support.
  • Geolocation: Our platform is intended for Belgium. Access via VPN or from abroad may be blocked.
  • Browser problem: Clear your cache and cookies, or try a different browser.
I did not receive an activation e-mail. Can you resend it? +

Check the following first:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Check that you have entered the correct e-mail address when registering
  • Wait at least 15 minutes - sometimes there are delays

Why is my account marked as spam? +

Your account may be marked as spam when:

  • Our automated system detects certain words or patterns that indicate spam or inappropriate behaviour
  • Other users have reported your profile
  • You have sent many identical messages to different users
  • Your profile text or posts contain external links or contact details

The website is loading slowly or not working properly. What can I do? +

Try the following steps:

  • Refresh the page: Press F5 or click the refresh button
  • Clear browser cache: Go to your browser settings and clear the cache data
  • Try a different browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge
  • Disable extensions: Adblockers or privacy extensions can sometimes interfere
  • Check your internet connection: Test other websites to rule out that the problem lies with your connection
