By using Sugar Daddy Belgium you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before registering.
1. Membership and fees
Sugar Daddy Belgiëoperates a transparent pricing model that differs depending on your profile and chosen subscription type.

As a Sugar Baby, you enjoy free access to our entire platform, including messaging and profile functionalities.
For Sugar Daddy's, we offer three flexible subscription packages:
Monthly
Ideal for discovering the platform. Monthly billing with possibility of cancellation after the initial period.
Quarterly
Most chosen option. Offers attractive value for money for serious members.
Annual
Maximum benefit for dedicated members who want to benefit from all functionalities for a long time.
📌 Important renewal information: Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless you cancel in time. Although billing may be monthly, the agreement is an annual commitment. Cancellation within the first two months may result in an administrative charge in the amount of one monthly fee. You can cancel your subscription via your account settings or by emailing our support team.
2. Right of withdrawal and refunds
In accordance with Belgian consumer protection legislation and European digital services directives, the following provisions apply:
Waiver of right of withdrawal
By logging in as a paying member and accessing the message service, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the service. You hereby acknowledge that you are waiving your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as regards the current subscription period.
Disputes through your bank
You undertake to deal with payment disputes through our customer service before contacting your financial institution. In case of unjustified chargebacks, we may charge any administration fees.
Unused services
If you wish to reclaim a recent payment and can prove that you have not activated the service (no access to private messages or sent messages), we may consider a refund. Previous periods are not eligible.
Prior information gathering
We encourage you to ask all your questions before registration via our contact page. After activation of your paid membership, refunds are no longer possible for billing periods that have already ended.
3. User code of conduct
⚠️ Violation of the rules below will result in immediate exclusion without entitlement to refund and may give rise to legal action.
Sugar Daddy Belgiëreserves the right to refuse or delete users at its discretion for inappropriate behaviour.
As a member of our community, you commit to the following guidelines:

Majority required
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. We actively check this and cooperate with authorities in case of suspected minority. -
Legal and ethical use
The platform may only be used for legal purposes consistent with morality and Belgian law. -
Content protection
It is strictly prohibited to copy, download or distribute profile pictures, conversations or other content externally - including via screenshots. -
Confidentiality
All communication and information within the platform is strictly confidential. Discussions, opinions or shared files may not be quoted or distributed outside the platform. -
Technical integrity
Any attempt to tamper, hack or disrupt the website or its systems is prohibited and punishable. -
Respectful communication
Insults, threats, discrimination, xenophobia or any other behaviour affecting the dignity of fellow users, moderators or team members will result in immediate exclusion. This also applies to attempted scams, pyramid schemes or other fraudulent practices. -
Privacy within the platform
Conversations, sent files and personal data should remain exclusively within the platform environment and should not be shared externally, except through the official e-mail notifications. -
No external contact details
Publishing phone numbers, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) or other contact options in profiles, posts or forums is not allowed.
To ensure the safety of our community, Sugar Daddy Belgiëreserves the right to edit profiles containing personal contact information, links to external platforms or inappropriate images.
4. Suspension and deletion of profiles
We operate a strict admissions policy and reserve the right to reject or delete profiles that do not meet our standards or show suspicious behaviour.

Activate membership
Registration as a Sugar Baby is free of charge. Sugar Daddy's activate their full access by taking out a subscription through our secure payment platform.
Available payment options
We accept payments via common methods in Belgium, including Bancontact, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are processed through a certified payment provider.
Promotions and discounts
At certain times, Sugar Daddy Belgiëmay launch special offers for new or returning members. These are announced via our homepage or newsletter. Ongoing subscriptions do not entitle you to compensation in subsequent discount offers.
6. Electronic communication
As a member of Sugar Daddy Belgium, you agree to receive the following communications:
Transactional notifications
Payment confirmations, account changes and security alerts.
Activity reports
Notifications about new messages, profile visits and matches.
Newsletters
Periodic updates on new features, tips and community news (optional).
You can unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails. Transactional communications will remain necessary as long as you have an active account.
7. Privacy settings
You retain full control over your personal data within our platform:
- Profile information: You decide which data you share (with the exception of mandatory registration data). You can change or delete it at any time via your account settings.
- Notification preferences: Set your communication preferences via your profile - choose which notifications you want to receive by email or within the platform.
- Cookies: Manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Consult our privacy policy for details on our cookie use.
- Delete account: Want to end your membership completely? Contact our support team for permanent deletion of your data.

8. Security and data protection
Technical security measures
To ensure the integrity of our platform and prevent fraud, we collect certain technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and browsing behaviour. This information is only used for security purposes and improving your user experience.
Contests and special promotions
Sugar Daddy Belgiëmay periodically organise competitions or promotional campaigns. In such cases, we may request additional data, for example for sending prizes. Participation is always voluntary.
Your rights under the AVG
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, restrict, object, delete and transfer your personal data. For requests, please contact us at privacy@sugardaddybelgium.eu.
9. Social features and forums
Our platform offers various interaction options, including discussion forums, blogs and private messages. Please note the following:
- Publicly shared information (profiles, forum posts) is visible to all members.
- Private messages can only be accessed by the parties involved - and in exceptional cases by administrators when investigating abuse.
- Publishing personal contact details in public areas is not allowed.
- You are responsible for the information you share. We cannot manage unsolicited personal data - deletion is up to you.
10. Refund policy
Given the nature of our digital service - direct access to profiles and messaging service - refunds are in principle not possible once membership is activated.
What does activation mean? Once you can log in, send or receive private messages, and your profile is visible to other members, the service is considered delivered.
Exception: If you can prove that your paid membership was never activated and you did not access the premium features, we may consider a refund.
Exclusion: In case of removal for violation of our terms of use, inappropriate behaviour, unsubstantiated accusations towards the platform or its employees, or any form of threat, no refund will be made.
