\ud83d\udccc Important renewal information:<\/strong> Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless you cancel in time. Although billing may be monthly, the agreement is an annual commitment. Cancellation within the first two months may result in an administrative charge in the amount of one monthly fee. You can cancel your subscription via your account settings or by emailing our support team.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2. Right of withdrawal and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Belgian consumer protection legislation and European digital services directives, the following provisions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waiver of right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n

By logging in as a paying member and accessing the message service, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the service. You hereby acknowledge that you are waiving your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as regards the current subscription period.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Disputes through your bank<\/h4>\n

You undertake to deal with payment disputes through our customer service before contacting your financial institution. In case of unjustified chargebacks, we may charge any administration fees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Unused services<\/h4>\n

If you wish to reclaim a recent payment and can prove that you have not activated the service (no access to private messages or sent messages), we may consider a refund. Previous periods are not eligible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Prior information gathering<\/h4>\n

We encourage you to ask all your questions before registration via our contact page<\/a>. After activation of your paid membership, refunds are no longer possible for billing periods that have already ended.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \nIt is strictly prohibited to copy, download or distribute profile pictures, conversations or other content externally - including via screenshots.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n\n
  4. \nConfidentiality<\/strong>
    \nAll communication and information within the platform is strictly confidential. Discussions, opinions or shared files may not be quoted or distributed outside the platform.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n\n
  5. \nTechnical integrity<\/strong>
    \nAny attempt to tamper, hack or disrupt the website or its systems is prohibited and punishable.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n\n
  6. \nRespectful communication<\/strong>
    \nInsults, threats, discrimination, xenophobia or any other behaviour affecting the dignity of fellow users, moderators or team members will result in immediate exclusion. This also applies to attempted scams, pyramid schemes or other fraudulent practices.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n\n
  7. \nPrivacy within the platform<\/strong>
    \nConversations, sent files and personal data should remain exclusively within the platform environment and should not be shared externally, except through the official e-mail notifications.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n\n
  8. \nNo external contact details<\/strong>
    \nPublishing phone numbers, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) or other contact options in profiles, posts or forums is not allowed.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    To ensure the safety of our community, Sugar Daddy Belgi\u00ebreserves the right to edit profiles containing personal contact information, links to external platforms or inappropriate images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Suspension and deletion of profiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We operate a strict admissions policy and reserve the right to reject or delete profiles that do not meet our standards or show suspicious behaviour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \n\ud83d\udeab<\/span>\nFake, misleading or stolen profile pictures<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n\ud83d\udeab<\/span>\nRegistration from abroad or via VPN\/proxy<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n\ud83d\udeab<\/span>\nUse of anonymous or disposable e-mail addresses<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n\ud83d\udeab<\/span>\nPublishing external contact details or social media<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n\ud83d\udeab<\/span>\nSale of photos, videos or other digital material<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n\ud83d\udeab<\/span>\nAny other breach of the code of conduct (point 3)<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    5. Registration and payment methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Registration as a Sugar Baby is free of charge. Sugar Daddy's activate their full access by taking out a subscription through our secure payment platform.<\/p>\n\n

    Available payment options<\/h4>\n

    We accept payments via common methods in Belgium, including Bancontact, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are processed through a certified payment provider.<\/p>\n\n

    Promotions and discounts<\/h4>\n

    At certain times, Sugar Daddy Belgi\u00ebmay launch special offers for new or returning members. These are announced via our homepage or newsletter<\/a>. Ongoing subscriptions do not entitle you to compensation in subsequent discount offers.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
